Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or are looking to switch up your current routine, Barre Intensity and Ballet Barre serves a variety of fitness levels.

Barre Intensity combines Pilates, dance and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.

Monday @ 7:30 AM

Tuesday @ 5:15 AM

Wednesday @ 7:30 AM

Thursday @ 5:15 AM

Saturday @ 8:00 AM
